  • Led a cross-functional team, delivering telecommunications solutions for the SMB segment creating new revenue opportunities resulting in a 300% increase in volume over 6 months.
  • Conceptualized a business partner sales channel, expanding the customer-facing teams from 4 sales representatives to 30 new salespersons for the first market deployment, enhancing monthly MRC from $10k to $30K.
  • Deployed a new Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solution to support B2B dealers to capture sales leads and integrate them into Salesforce.

Senior Product Manager, Fort Lauderdale, FL USA

  • Designed and implemented new product strategies, mobile applications, and service plans doubling mobile data usage from 15% to 38% and doubling average revenue per user (ARPU).
  • Managed the device portfolio for 14 business units across the Caribbean through forecasting and logistics strategy planning with local stakeholders. providing leadership planning and training for the launch of products such as Blackberry, iPhone, Samsung Mobile, and new mobile services.
  • Implemented data analytics solutions and customized dashboards to track key metrics, enabling better forecasting, improving the distribution of working capital, and creating company savings of over $1 million dollars per annum.

Regional Head of Retail, Kingston, Jamaica

  • Designed and installed prototype retail stores in key markets and supported by creating a new standardized franchise partnership model increasing company NPS scores by 50%.
  • Increased distribution of retail stores by conceptualizing a new franchise distribution model, generating cost reduction by 30% and accelerating product sales on average by 50% from the prior year.

Mobile Product Manager, Georgetown, Cayman Islands

  • Led a rapid response team in Anguilla and Turks and Caicos in preparation for the new mobile competition (Digicel), resulting in a defensive posture and retaining over 70% market share in each market, respectively.
